🎯 Role Overview

As a Test & Tools Development Engineer – New College Grad 2026, you will help build the agentic infrastructure that powers test automation and quality workflows for the NVIDIA Omniverse platform. You’ll work at the intersection of AI agents and production software quality.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Build multi‑agent pipelines for automated test generation, log analysis, failure triage, and bug filing.
• Write test cases, analyse failure patterns, and extend evaluation frameworks.
• Add logging and monitoring to agentic workflows so failures are visible and debuggable.
• Use AI‑native development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) in your daily work.
• Write clean, testable Python code for automation scripts and tooling utilities.
• Root‑cause analysis of test failures and progressive automation of recurring issues.

📌 Eligibility & Skills Required

• Degree: B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, IT or related field (2026 batch only).
• Strong Python fundamentals – clean, testable code beyond single scripts.
• AI‑native development exposure – Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, prompt engineering.
• LLM integration project – at least one end‑to‑end project using an LLM.
• Foundational knowledge of software testing, CI/CD, or quality engineering.
• No pending backlogs. Regular full‑time education only (no distance/open).

⭐ Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Side project with multi‑agent systems or custom LLM tool integrations.
• Experimented with evaluating LLM outputs (eval harness or scoring script).
• Shipped a tool, script, or bot adopted by a club / lab / open‑source community.
• Intellectual honesty about where your projects break and built‑in recovery paths.
