PrudentCAMPUS NextGen IT Learning (“the Institute”) maintains a strict no-refund policy for all fees paid by the student or their representatives. This policy applies to all fees including, but not limited to, admission fees, registration fees, course tuition fees, and any other applicable charges.

Acknowledgement and Agreement

Upon admission and fee payment, the student and/or guardian confirm that:

• They have read, understood, and unconditionally accept the terms of this no-refund policy.
• The “No Refund” clause is clearly displayed on the admission form and every fee receipt issued by the Institute.
• The payment of fees constitutes a final and conclusive commitment to the program.
• No claims for refund, either in full or part, shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Scope of the Policy

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for non-completion of the course, including but not limited to:

• Student’s voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation from the program
• Termination of enrollment due to disciplinary action or violation of Institute rules
• Unforeseen personal circumstances of the student
• Change of mind, relocation, or inability to attend classes
• Any other reason not explicitly covered above
